Goodman later claimed that it's not true that there are millions of Americans without health insurance.
In her interview with ABC's Charlie Gibson, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin falsely claimed that Alaska "produces nearly 20 percent of the U.S. domestic supply of energy." In fact, Alaska's share of domestic energy production was 3.5 percent, according to the official figures kept by the U.S. Energy Information Administration.
On the Chris Matthews Show today, Time's assistant managing editor, Michael Duffy, said that "White House lawyers are concerned" that Scott McClellan's book will reignite investigations into the Valerie Plame scandal.
