Ok, we're briefed and ready for takeoff. Now we lower the canopy, taxi out onto the active and roll down the runway.
I know, the music is cheesy, but get a sense now of what it's like to pull straight up at 450 knots.

Some final clips from my flight. We flew in and out of a lot of cloud formations in this part and you get a real sense of the speed we were flying.
When you're lucky enough to be asked to have this opportunity, you only get to do it once in your life.
Thanks again to the USAF Thunderbirds Aerial Demonstration Team and Captain Burt Nelson.

Part two of our tour of the USS Missouri, BB-63, the "Big Mo."
The battleship is moored at Pearl Harbor, and while shooting, we got additional footage of modern day warships at Pearl.

One of the great excursions when your cruise takes you to Skagway, is a trip on the White Pass Railroad. Awesome scenery, and a relaxing three-hour tour.
Highly recommend!

If you're a rail fan. Or if you like fine cuisine then take a special train that won't take you to Harlem, but if the route is the Royal Gorge, it is indeed, The "A" Train.

Happy New Year
While in Atlanta over Labor Day weekend, I had a chance to take a flight in the EAA's 1929 Ford Tri-Motor.
It's an absolutely beautiful aircraft and a treat to fly in. I've been lucky to have flown in a lot of aircraft including the F-16, DC-3 and now this Tri-Motor.
Enjoy the flight!
The 2007 Youth of the Year Award Dinner presented by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver was another huge success with some 750 attendees honoring Champion of Youth Pat Hamill and Youth of the Year winner Alexandria Batiste.
And it was Club members themselves who provided some fun and spirited entertainment.
This is the full edit of my memorable flight back into history aboard the EAA's Aluminum Overcast, a fully restored B-17G bomber.

The Denver Broncos are a huge sponsor and supporter of Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver. The Broncos sponsor a Club, appropriately named the Broncos Branch. Located just north of Peoria and I-70, it's a place for kids to grow, reach and bloom.
And who better to tell you about the Club, than the kids and staff themselves!
