Glitch that occurred during the Whodunnit? quest for the Dark Brotherhood.
(This occurred on the Xbox 360 version)
Oh, and the speech is basically me telling my husband to try killing the character to see if the glitch would stop. Obviously, that didn't help. LoL
EDIT: **headdesk** No, it is NOT Mehrune 's Razor. It is the dagger you're given at the beginning of the quest.
